We purchased the TV in December 2023. We received it on December 24 of 2023 and could not wait to receive this review so we could tell you how truly disappointed we are that the motherboard a.k.a. solid state board has totally malfunction. On top of that the technician instead of doing his research ahead of time was under the impression that he knew what was malfunctioning with the TV without even showing up at our home until it was time to repair once he arrived the technician discovered that he didnt have the equipment or tools to repair our eight month old TV. My wife spent an in ordinate amount of time researching this so-called OLED TV trusting your company to give us a really great product. We feel that your company owes us a new TV and that we should not have to rely on a repairman to fix a brand new solid State of the art TV. The repair man informs us that the part he needs to repair on our TV is coming from either Tennessee or California by tractor and trailer and would take a minimum of 10 days. I cant begin to tell you our disappointment in your product and until someone contacts us and makes this right we will not be satisfied as we are still waiting to hear from your repair personnel unfortunately I have had greater experience with a lesser priced apparatus than your supposedly great TV.

1st off. The 1st one I ordered was a lemon. Waited 48 hours and it didnt begin to cool. The compressor leaked a bit. Maybe dropped by delivery guys. 2nd of all Best Buy replaced it. The new one started cooling within an hour or 2. We absolutely love this fridge Its high end very clean looking. Its perfect with multiple ice trays that automatically fill up. Some say the shelving is weird. I love it. We just put milk in the spacious door shelves. Also its nice to stay in tune with all our LG products via the app. Lets us know of any issues. I love all my LG products from tvs to dishwashers. You guys are awesome

The Only Bad thing about this Refrigerator is the Upper Ice maker in Door is Bad and all the Technician says is No Matter what you do just defrost it and try it again and hopefully it wont Freeze up again. It did. We tried contacting LG again and they Wont send anyone to look at it even with my Warranty and Extended Warranty they say All these Refrigerators have the same Problem and the Fan will Always freeze up. No one will help us or do anything to help with the Refrigerator.

I bought it November 2023 and the icemaker stopped working 3 months afterwards. Luckily it was still under manuf. warranty but it took almost 3 weeks to get it scheduled. It was a quick part fix/replacement but a new fridge should not malfunction so soon.

I love my new refrigerator. It looks nice and is very functional. The reason i gave it a four instead of five is due to the difficulty with the water and ice dispenser. Unless you have a wide mouth glass or bottle water and ice end up on the floor.

this item was bought on 6/13/2024 was set up and running fine a week later due to an electrical powerfailure os SCE connectivity with WIFI was lost. after several unsuccessful attempts I tried LG chatbot and finally talked to a live person after scream phone transfer the last person told me she is the final escalation of this call and will refer to an LG application specialist who me call me in 2 business days.
I still havent received any phone call
in conclusion the one star product review given is not for the product itself but for the LG support help

My LG refrigerator came with the wrong air filter cover. I have spoken to numerous representatives and supervisors and they keep sending me a replacement air filter not the air filter cover I have several reference number which changes every time I speak to someone new.. I have written emails to the president of the company and received no response. LG customer service is horrible and how can they sell a product with the wrong air filter cover? Now Im going to have issues because I cant replace the air filter. Horrible I will never buy another LG product ever again.

Refridgerator died after three months. Needs a comporessor and control board - apparently a common issue. Still waiting on warranty repair three weeks later. Could not understand the LG person on the phone and it was obvious he could not understand English very well either. They tell me the Letter of Authority has been sent to the technicians but the techs have not received anything. Nobody will track the ticket down and look into it. Im not impressed at all

The fridge has warmed 4 times since then. It has need repaired 3 times and currently waiting for parts for the 4th repair. Currently I have been without the fridge for over a month due to parts. The new one has been fine except for the ice unit in the door. We are waiting for the parts to arrive. But our LG oven and dishwasher are great

The LG exceeded my expectations. I was in need of replacing a 29 cubic foot full depth refrigerator. The desire was to finally have a cabinet depth unit to fit with the existing custom cabinets. My concern was capacity. I took a leap of faith and bought 2606 26 cf LG. Not only did everything fit...but I had room to spare. The storage space is incredibility well thought out. The ice maker and water filter in the door save space for the other items. I could not be more pleased.

A nice looking unit but certainly not the quality of my retired 25-year-old KitchenAid although the see-through right hand door and ice maker left hand door certainly provide some pizzazz.
If I had to do it over again I would forgo the ice maker in the door as it takes up too darn much interior room and doesnt work very well.

Our refrigerator experienced technical difficulties prompting us to contact Costco for assistance. A technician was dispatched to assess the situation. Initially the technician identified a potential issue with the compressor and the rubber seal of the freezer compartment which was preventing it from closing properly. He informed us that he would place an order for the necessary parts and return for a subsequent visit.
However during his second visit the technician provided a different diagnosis. He stated that the white top drawer in the freezer compartment was not the correct one for our LG refrigerator model. He explained that it belonged to a different model and is a factorys fault and was causing the freezer door to not close properly. So now we have a refrigerator without a drawer and ice compartment in freezer drawer.
Upon our request for written documentation of this assessment which could be submitted to Costco the technician declined to provide such a statement.

Very expensive for what it is. The first one I got destroyed my food. Didnt work. I called LG and they wanted to replace two major components that were not even slated as the problem. Thankfully I called Home Depot within 24 hours and they replaced it. From there the accessories are more the problem. For a $3300 refridgerator I dont expect problems with the water housing alignment and their support is just awful. Spent hours and everyone told me a different solution that didnt work. One created a flood in the fridge freezer and under the fride. What a mess. Ultimately the water filter housing that is a defect because when you take out the old filter the alignment gets thrown off so you cant put in the new filter. Getting it realigned is a real ...

Purchased at Lowes on a close out sale for a super low price. Couldnt be happier with this refrigerator. It is totally silent the ThinQ app is a nice addition to keep tabs on the ice makers and status of the water filters. What a difference going from a smaller side by side to this French door style. Much more room and easier access to non frozen foods. Havent had much use for the knock-knock feature but guest seem to enjoy it Dual ice makers is very useful in the warm summer months. Build quality seems to be too notch.

I bought this 1 year ago and so far so good. The only complaint is the water filter. Its too small to filter out anything. It does not filter out the odor or taste of my city water. Ive been taking the water that has gone thru the fridge filter and filtering it a second time through a Brita pitcher. I have purchased an inline filter for the water supply but havent installed it yet.

I love this refrigerator While it took three trips and their was a very serious lack of communication on the part of the in store personal. The first time the problem was cooper pipe needed to be replaced. Second time refrigerator glass door was completely destroyed Third time it was delivered and set in place but even though I paid for installation they did not take out all the foam stuff and put the handles on correctly which I am still waiting to have done nor did they take off all the plastic which I had to remove.

After a year I feel good about giving this Fridge a good rating. We needed a Counter-Depth fridge that would fit in our space. This one worked perfectly and we didnt feel like we lost any space since the redesign allowed for almost the same usable space as a full-sized. Having 2 ice makers works great as you have some in the door for small amounts and the turnaround for new ice in the freezer is quick for larger needs. I also like that they got rid of the extra front open door because you lose space with that option while also not being able to get to anything in the door once you open the regular door if that makes sense. We love that we can connect the Fridge to the APP to see any issues ahead and get reminders for filter changes. The fridge itself has the option to change the temp settings easily along with other helpful energy saving options. One thing I would point out is to make sure that you get the upgraded Air Filter cover as the original was made with a crooked/sideways space for the air filter but the filters they tell you to replace it with dont fit we purchased and threw out multiples thinking we ordered the wrong part. A free replacement is available through LG for that if you have this problem.
