The internal connection between the the gas supply and broiler was not connected at the factory. When we tested the burners all worked well but when we started the broiler flames shot out of the back vent up the wall. I had to hire a repair man to look at the oven and we took pictures and sent them to LG customer service said they would call but never did. I will never buy another LG product customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.

This has been a great experience from purchase to installation and finally use. I air fried potato wedges and they were the best tasting potatoes we have ever had. Then I tried a pork loin with convection roast and the temperature probe. Flawless set up and resulted in a perfectly browned and sealed roast and moist and a perfect 170 degrees on the inside. I was so tired of the glass top electric we previously used once the top gets hot there is no turning it down.

Oh my I love my stove This stove is such an amazing upgrade to my last one. It heats up quickly and cooks the food very well. I love the professional look of the oversized knobs. It is exactly what I needed and then some. So impressed with the steam clean function. What more can I say- I LOVE it.

Owned this product for two years. In that time:
-The Stove Touch screen has shot craps. One light went out then another now the time is not legible.
-The touch screen doesnt work. Once you select back/convection bake/etc... you have to input the temperature on the number pad but WHOOPS... the number pad doesnt work anymore
-Try to set up with LG ThinQ app so you can control it... but guess what cant do that without interacting through you guessed it... the number pad.
So to say im very upset would be wrong... This has been a phenomenal oven. BUT a big but Id expect NO issues with a $2500 oven after a short amount of time. So 1 star isnt fair because its been a great oven... but Cmon...

The first feature that I enjoyed other than the sleek design which attracted me to this product in the first place were the burners which included a high power burner for most of my cooking the nice large easy to grasp handles for turning on one or more burners for cooking and the thermocouple used for convection roasting Perfect Better than I anticipated I also like the energy saving feature of The convection mode baking and roasting where by the smart temperature reflects a lower temperature most often then the preset temperature I have not use the air fryer option as yet but I anticipate that will not disappoint either

Most of the features are good but the fact that it takes the oven almost 30 minutes to be ready to bake is unacceptable. I was told that after the oven says its ready this takes about 10-15 minutes you have to wait another 20 minutes for the heat to circulate so that its ready to bake. I was told this by two techs one from LG itself.

Purchased and installed two weeks ago. Completely changed how we cook. Oven is incredibly temperature accurate. Burners evenly distribute heat. Recommend upgrading pots and pans to match the appliance performance.

We bought this end of 22 and had it installed last month. Burners are strong and put out a lot of heat as does oven. Always cooking on low/med. Have only tried the bake option and am anxious to try the other oven settings. Seems pretty easy to keep clean at least so far. I wipe down top of range and then dry. So far so good.

We had our new LG Studio gas range for about two months and love it. It replaced a 12 year old DCS range and the difference is night and day. The oven heats quickly and my wife loves baking with it. Weve used the air fry and Sous Vide options and both worked as they should. I especially like the sous vide as I can cook cutlets in a flat bag and not have to cook multiple batches. The air fry is great as the capacity of our countertop unit is small.
It comes with one easy glide rack and will be adding another. When it was delivered it was missing the thermometer spray bottle and scrub pad. The store contacted LG to have them shipped to me. The spray bottle and scrub pad arrived but not the thermometer. Hence the one missing star. Dont know if its backordered of forgotten need to call LG and see. One other thing was the $300 price drop soon after our purchase. Cost me $300 extra $$ and LG one star. Very pleased with the range as we are with our LG refrigerator dishwasher cordless vacuum TV and Bluetooth speaker. Quickly becoming a full LG family.
