We bought this from Best Buy in July and had it installed in August. First week of September the internal fan would not shut off. Called LG for warranty repair. Took a week to get an appointment. Repair guy showed up looked at it for about a minute and said he needed to order a new thermostat. Took a week and a half for the part to arrive and schedule a new appointment. Repair guy showed up again. They said its not the thermostat so they replaced the door switch. Still not working so they said they will order an new PC board. Waiting for the part to arrive and yet another repair appointment. At this point the new microwave has been broken longer than its worked. Called LG about a replacement microwave and they said the repair guy needs to come out first and its up to them to determine if its fixable first. Our LG refrigerator we bought in 2020 has had 3 in-door icemakers in it so far. Now the craft icemaker broke last week.

Initially we purchased this microwave because it had good reviews and we liked the look of it compared to others. After having it for a couple of weeks it has exceeded expectations. The convenience factor of the air fryer settings and being able to also use the convention settings has been great. Would recommend this to others.

Good product and just used it a few times so far. My biggest complaint is that for the airframe options you cant just make a time you can only select from a small list of already pre-programmed food options. Plus the service size is only one or two servings. I wish it had more options and because its a large microwave so seems like a bit of a waste of space when you can only air fry two potions. Outside of that u love how quick it is to microwave and the 5 fan levels really help reduce cooking smells.

We bought this at the end of December 2023. Its a nice oven. Except the air fryer feature isnt what I had expected. We also had a issue with the fan motor with the microwave - still waiting on the part. The microwave works ok without it.

The airfryer is not user friendly. You dont know the temperature have preset settings Customer service is of no help they tell you to read the manual or read on line. Love the oven and microwave. They should be able to give me the preset temperatures and time. They wont.

I bought this three months ago. Still waiting to get replaced. They call it over the Range but it does not do any good to have it there other then the light. The exhaust fan does not suck up even steam from the range top. Three repair people have been here and because none of them have used the word unrepairable they just said nothing they came to to make it work properly. So we can not get a replacement without that verbiage.

I bought this recently and so far I am pleased with the microwave. But I wish there were manual ways to use the air fry instead of preprogrammed settings. Also dont understand why the clock and settings do not automatically reset after a power outage.

Its amazing Ive used conv/bake to cook bacon air fry for chicken proof for cinnamon rolls and of course auto defrost and sensor reheat. I was concerned there would be grease everywhere on the inside when I cooked bacon. Not the casea quick wipe and the few splatters were gone Im creating my meal plans around what I can prepare in the microwave. I never thought Id say this about an appliance but Im glad the old microwave croaked

Bought this a couple of months ago when I redid the kitchen. Works great and with the ThinQ app it is linked to my phone. We can put popcorn in the microwave and go someplace and then with the app I can start the microwave and when we get home we will have popcorn

We are liking this OTR microwave so far. It takes a bit to get used to the door swinging out so far but then you dont really notice. The buttons took a bit to get used to pressing as well. We like the features and remote controlling the fan and light with the app. Its a nice clean look.

The microwave looks great on the outside and I was excited to use it especially since its not just a microwave but also a convection oven and an air fryer. However when I tried to use as an Air Fryer I was unpleasantly surprised to find that it doesnt work as it should. The worst part is that Ive had the product since December and since April Ive been trying to return it but they only want to repair it. This means I have to keep paying for something that doesnt work properly and now ir will be a repaired product? I will never buy LG again nor will I recommend it.

I love the Over the Stove feature no more counter space being used.. I will have to say at 950 watts its not as powerful as my counter top microwave was at 1200 watts. It takes a little longer to warm things up. Still getting used to it. Maybe LG can add more cooking program info for other dishes in a booklet or online.. Like warming rice.

It is a rather ingenious machine though it takes some getting used to using the programs for cooking if you are used to hitting microwave and then the number of seconds. The air fryer seems to take twice as long as the programmable features suggest but the food came out fine. All in all its a small pleasure.

I purchased from Spencers Appliance in Phoenix Az approx a month ago. The stainless steel is cheap and very hard to keep finger prints off. I have been cleaning the burners with every use with Weimar Glass coop top cleaner. I different options on the microwave to nice. Oven works great.

It is definitely an impressive piece of equipment and engineering. A little complicated and it takes some getting used to. But it is powerful beautifully designed and does a good job. Am having a little trouble mastering the air fry and preheat function but its probably me. Like my old over-the-range models the keypad is faint and hard to read in low light or with old eyeballs.

I have been using my microwave for about a month. From start to finish this is a wonderful product. Ease of installation to ease of use I have no complaints. Even the sound to let you know its finished cooking is pleasant to hear. It plays a little tune instead of an annoying ding lol.

I am not very happy with my new microwave. The door is too large. all of the selections and numbers are down at the bottom and they cannot be read in the dark. Unless there is daylight or a lot of lights on in the kitchen you cannot see the numbers at all. The instruction booklet does not go with the microwave like it should there were some things I tried and it wouldnt work. I finally called LG 800 phone number and they helped me with it. they also agreed the booklet did not always work right with the microwave.

I purchased this microwave and needed something that was a close fit to my other appliances. It is great and easy to use. I love that there is no handle in front. You open the door up from the side. The jingle when the food is done is nice and not obnoxious. We tried the air frier and its good but an actual air fryer is the way to go. Its been about a month since the installation and if you are looking for a microwave buy this one. The light that shines on the stove is LED so you can see much easier with a bright light.

This is my third over the range microwave-convection in three decades and this one does everything the other two did.
The done sound is pleasant but cannot be heard if youre not in the kitchen. Theres no volume choice only on/off.
I bought a model with wi-fi thinking it would be able to to signal on either Alexa or my iPad when it was finished cooking.
The wi-fi does diagnostics for LG and gathers private data for LG from you. It doesnt do anything that I want so I will be
deleting the app.

I bought this microwave convention air fry oven because of the air fry. So disappointed with the air fry. It only works with preprogrammed items so I cant just cook the regular foods that I cook. It also doesnt give a list of temp and time for these items so I have to guess. Things do not come out crunchy or crisp

I bought this model because I was excited about the ability to air fry. Except you cant just air fry at the temp and time that you would like it has to be a preset and they dont cook as hot as I am used to with an air fryer

I really like the microwave but LG used an external installer and it is not installed properly it is sagging forward and not level. Ive wasted tons of time with LG trying to get them to get the installer to come back and fix it and they wont respond to anything. It is a complete run around with various people telling me different things and ZERO help. The installation company is not answering the phone. Im very happy with the microwave but extremely upset with LG and their customer service.
