The microwave is great. I love the choices of quick times for various items. I likthat there is no handle sticking out. It is very sleek. There is just one thing on the number panel I wish it would illuminate because you always need a bright light on to see the panel.

I would leave a review on the item itself but I can not because LG will not deliver it to me even after having bought the item 3 weeks ago. They were incorrect with their delivery date their delivery company will not deliver it they push back the date saying there is bad weather when there is no weather event at all because it was toward the end of their shift and no one from LG will respond back to me regarding my order. They 100 deserve a 1* because they will not give me the items and be wary of buying from here if you are needing your appliances because with the current outlook I may never get it or hear back from LG.

I purchased this appliance three months ago and hired a third-party installer. I followed the installation guide along with the installer. However after installation I noticed a strange sound when turning on the fan. Upon inspection we discovered that the fan had a small broken piece. Since this is a new product I expected to resolve the issue through Customer Care by using the warranty. Unfortunately the multiple representatives I spoke to each gave me a different reason why this issue was not covered under the warranty. It felt as if they were determined to avoid covering the issue blaming the delivery team for mishandling the product the installer or even myself for improper installationdespite the fact that we followed the installation guide precisely and no LG representative was involved in the process. Their claims were based purely on assumptions and when I explained the situation I was made to feel like I was lying. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive encountered. Even Home Depot where I purchased the product and arranged the delivery offered a rebate despite the inspection period having expired. Unfortunately I bought LG appliances for my entire kitchen but I will never purchase LG products again.

Bought at a great sale price online from Home Depot. The only two things I can complain about is that when you open and close the door its the whole width of the microwave. You have to duck or move your head to get out of the way with door being so long in length. Also wish it would have had light up dials I have to hold a flashlight on the front to like hit how many minutes I want Other than that works and looks great. Was easy to install and my other LG Microwave lasted for almost 14 years and I use my microwave a lot.

Our in place microwave failed after almost 13 years. We got the new microwave several weeks ago. We are just learning all of the new things this will do. This is a higher wattage larger capacity and better appearance than the old one. I was amazed at the low price we paid for this. This unit greatly outperforms the old one. We are transitioning to all LG products and this along with the range we also bought because they had to match completed the full LG kitchen.

Stopped working on 2nd day after installation. Within a week Technician fixed. Again it broke after 45 days. Seems Door sensors not working or some chip issue. I never had this kind of bad experience with any microwave. My guess they sold a defective peace to me.

This is an excellent microwave oven except for the fan. The fan is noisy in all of its four speed positions. In LOW MED. HIGH and TURBO speeds the fan runs at the same speed. The detracts from the ovens other nice features.

The install direction reference a template which you do not have until you get the microwave how can you tell if is compatible with your current set up until you open the box. Seems like your setting up for returns

This design matches the new appliances in my kitchen perfectly. I had an LG before this model too and simply love it. This LG is beautiful and sleek. I did not realize when I ordered it online that it does not have a handle. Rather it opens like my new refrigerator by using the edge of the product. As a relatively short person this has been an issue. At least once a week I hit the door on my face because there is no handle to hang onto. I have my mother living in the same residence as my family now too and it has certainly been an issue for her where she has started ducking every time she opens or closes it. Otherwise the microwave has cooked wonderfully. Super fast no worries with the operation. If I had paid attention I would have got the product with the handle. Oh well I will make it work
