This green is gorgeous Its not a matte but its not metallic either. If youre on the fence just go for it Love how they wash and dry theyre so efficient and didnt know how bad I really needed a new set til I received these beauties. Worth every penny

We have had our new washer/dryer unit for several months and so far its been great. Love how easy it is to use. Only complaint so far is since we bought the green unit Ive noticed the paint has chipped on the front of the dryer where clothes hit it when transferring it from the washer to dryer. It very small but disappointing. Otherwise they have been great.

I love everything about this appliance It has cut the time it takes me to do laundry in half The notifications you can receive when its completed its cycles is a huge bonus for my ADHD brain that usually forgets I started the washer or dryer.

I have had this washtower for about a month now and I am very happy with it. It can handle large loads which in turn has cut down on my laundry loads. I also love how I can use ThinQ to get updates on my washing or drying loads as well as suggestions and notifications to improve how I am using my washtower.

I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my ownwhich is my only compliant. I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome It has fancy features but inside its still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

I absolutely love everything this LG washer and dryer offer...except for one thing -- we have a SMART house we have ordered most of the electronics to be linked with our Google Assistant however this equipment is not compatible with 5G wifi. It took us some time to figure it out--we called for support we asked online etc and it took us some time to DIG and find out that this was the case.
The washer and dryer are great but I cannot download a special setting or do the neat mobile things I would love to do -- which was the idea of why we purchased this unit

I bought this and have been happy with it. I like that it pings my phone when the loads are done. With two college kids home for the summer it is nice to remind them since they tend to forget about their laundry.
The settings are intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out the custom loads that the machine downloads but I understand now.

I do love technology. And these washer/dryer combo has it. Unfortunately it took two grown men over 10 minutes to figure out that one needed to press AND HOLD the screen-style buttons to make the washer work. Since that demasculating experience we have had no issues or problems. I definitely does what its supposed to do clean and dry clothes and does so with some pizzaz.

We bought the wash tower in January and installed it in March once our house was built. The wash tower looks great and has great features but something on the drum is hitting the housing when washer is in spin cycle even though the unit is perfectly level and the wash loads are balanced. Its a ver loud ticking noise coming from within the unit. Its been impossible to get the unit serviced using the LG app. We are quite frustrated with the lack of service but love the wash tower so we keep trying to get it fixed.

I recently purchased the lg washtower in the nature green color. Have used it for a month now and can fully give it a review. The features are amazing but need some time to get use to downloading wash cycles through the app onto the washer and dryer. Love it just wish I can change soil settings on the app as well.
