I purchased this product 2 months ago and I love it. I had a problem that I thought was theirs but it turns out it was the plug that you plug this product into. The electrician repaired the plug with minumum cost.

I love this the smart features are incredible. I have not used the app yet but the ability of the washer and dryer to sense the load type and make a suggestion are AMAZING. It is super duper quiet and you can easily run both washer and dryer simultaneously. I LOVE that it is so energy efficient compared to my last set. :

I purchased in Janurary had no complaints until recently. Washer is leaking. Have contacted LG they keep asking for model- serial #s proof of purchase 3 times. Cant get any help w/ problem. Ive done all trouble shooting no results.

We have had this for a couple of months and it has performed well and is much quieter than expected. My only complaint is that the installation had several issues first delivery was dented and subsequently they couldnt install because the electric plug was too short. As a product however this has exceeded my expectations.
