The steam feature is awesome! , I'm finally able to put my actual steamer away and the Wi-Fi feature lets you be in control. No issues or problems with this appliance. It was a steal when I financed it through Samsung.

i bought it at the end of october and used it for about a week before we went on vacation. (in which time it was not used) came back and was doing some laundry. i realized that the dryer had been running for quite a while so opened it and checked it. everything was dry so i took it out and went to put in the next load. it wouldnt start. it had a 9c1 code. called samsung. they had an appliance store in my area come look at it. he came out and fixed it, so again i was doing a load of laundry. checked it half way through the cycle to take out some items and it just completely shut off. no power at all now. so waiting for them to come back again. overall just a crap product. almost $1000 later and i have to do laundry at the laundromat.
