i took delivery of my new samsung stove on august 31. i love how easy the wi-fi was to set up and i adore the convection oven as well as the air fryer. i've used my stove top and have kept it clean and scratch free. well i had a small spill of thanksgiving gravy that boiled over and so when my stove top cooled off i cleaned it up of course but to my surprise the black coating came off and i was actually using a cleaner that is specifically recommended for the stove top. i am so disappointed in this and i haven't even had my stove six months. if i have to purchase another stove it probably would not be one like this one. i did everything correct but this is the result i received. no thank you!
