we have used our new range a few times now and each time we see a new scratch or stain. we have had other ranges like this without issue. we have the correct cookware for this type of range and the kit to clean it. still an issue. very disappointed, it was pretty expensive for the quality we are seeing. will be raising it to warranty for options.

It's a beautiful stove, for sure. However, the display is a little too sensitive. I've learned to live with it, but it might be too sensitive for the elderly. It also has a rubber gasket between the glass and the control panel that makes it hard to clean with the white glass top cleaner. The cleaner gets on and in the rubber gasket making it hard to clean.
The cook top is great though, no complaints. Oven works great as well! I would buy again and maybe even splurge a bit on the air fryer version.

We purchased the range a little over 6 months ago. It performs as described. I love that the control panel is truly touch and not membrane switches like some other brands. That said, it is extremely easy to activate the buttons with a stray tummy or damp towel. Unless you press Set, it will just time out and won't turn on the oven but it makes me a little jumpy sometimes when I hear the beep from the control. I wish there was a button to lock the control panel off without locking the oven door shut too. Another complaint is that the stove burners are not as powerful as I would like. Yes they can get the job done but it takes a while to get a pot of pasta water to a rolling boil. The warming burner is almost useless for me. I've never got it hot enough keep anything warm enough for food safety. When set on High I can keep my hand directly on the burner without discomfort. Lastly, the burner knobs are VERY easy to turn. Once the burner is on, even brushing the knob with a dry dish towel can change the temperature. I wish there was a little more resistance to keep the setting where I put it. Overall we're very happy with the purchase. Just a few minor points I wish they would address.

Extra bonus is the large capacity oven. The knobs on the front are a little sensitive. Cook top can turn on inadvertently - just need to be a little careful.

love the range from what i had prior. heats quickly very energy efficient and the overall use is awesome. looks very modern and i get compliments from everyone who comes over. i also cooked a pizza the other day and it was as if i went to my local pizzeria it was awesome. my biggest concern is regarding the hot surface, ive tried everything and all i did was cook once. it is very hard to clean and it stains from the moment you put a pot ontop to cook something. i've used dish soap, detergent, glass cleaner, vinegar everything they say on youtube even called support and they stated for me to use dishwasher soap and nothing. the images after the first use i've included in my review so you all can see.

Bought for wheelchair bound user and it is great that the controls are in front but they are way too sensitive. We have nearly started a fire in the kitchen twice due to this. And the volume is not loud enough for anyone to hear, and this should be a safety hazard because if we could hear the stove when we bump against the controls and turn something on, we wouldn't risk fire in the kitchen. We shouldn't have to take the knobs off just to prevent this like we are doing. The smart stove is not so smart in this regard! My Samsung washer and dryer had way louder volume & thought sure this stove would be the same, but NO. We have called support and they told us there is no way to adjust the volume to make it louder.

the delivery workers left a mess of trash inside my house and out in the street from the two appliances. plastic wrap and styrofoam everywhere. they also didn't seem to know what they were doing. they unplugged the water from our refrigerator which resulted in water being sprayed all over my wood floors. they didn't wear shoe covers, and since it was raining tracked mud and dirt into our house. they seemed very reckless and it was really hard to communicate with them. lastly, they left without completing the installation of the range/oven. there was an error message that said "bad line" and they just said someone would come back and fix it. never heard from anyone from samsung so i had to contact them myself. now i have no over or stove since they took my old one.
