the controlls are not well designed at all. while reaching above the range in the cabinet to get cook books, if you barely press up against the controll's they turn on. this is extremely dangerous. it happens all the time.
next, it is so hard to clean the cook top. you can not wipe off small spices when spilled. they always get caught in the front rubber gasket.
last, the qr code on the front door does not work. the clock is horrible to program.
very let down by this unit, that is a few weeks old.

Recently purchased four Samsung kitchen appliances including range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
The range is incredible with air fryer setting, precise baking temperatures and glasstop heating elements has a wide range of settings. We're cooking more on this range than the older product because it feels more enjoyable f.ex. baking etc The breads, cakes are outstanding.
The 22 inch refrigerator is very quiet. Haven't heard the compressor yet. Its roomy.
The dishwasher is so quiet you're not sure its on until you check the countdown clock. Dinnerware, glasses, everything clean.
The microwave has many settings and the powerful vent fan has at 4-5 settings.
We're very happy with the purchases. Many compliments from family and friends.

i love this beautiful new oven. it is wifi connected for smart convenience, has air frying, dehydration, bread proofing and a spacious 6.3 cu. ft of oven space. all the stuff that never existed in my older oven. even came complete with a large meshed air-fry tray, which we used for frozen french fries tonight, which came out crispy and delicious. cooking will be never the same, and we're looking forward to making all kinds of healthy delicious bread as well!
