looks, nice. bottom drawer cheaply built (dents easily) air fryer function works great with special tray. cooling fan intermittently makes noise when pre-heating. will be calling for service soon before warranty expires.

oven is a winner! cooktop is fragile and scratches easily. cooktop is also difficult to keep clean, especially since it appears to attract dust and lint. manufacturer recommendation of using paper towels to wipe off the cooktop, just increases the lint factor by 10.

After a couple of months of standard use for a family of 2, (previously had a smooth top range for 25 years) 1 eye was scratched. I called the service department after a couple of months of dealing with them, a canceled appointment on their part, they felt I caused the scratches on the smooth top. I strongly felt it's manufacturing defect. It should have lasted longer than that.
Now, less than 12 months after purchase both eyes have scratches on them. It appears to be 10 years old.

I have owned this range about 6 months now and absolutely love it! It is electric but heats up faster than my old gas oven. It cooks evenly and has a bunch of options that you can use including air fry. I highly recommend this range if you are in the market for one.

I bought this almost a year ago now and I must say I'm happy with my purchase. This range does everything it's supposed to and more. The air frying feature is one of my favorites (even though we have an air fryer). Most times I find myself air frying things in the oven, which never disappoints me at the finish! The only negative thing that I can say about this range is that the dials/buttons are way too sensitive (especially during cleaning) and the glass top is hard to clean after using it for awhile ,but that's with any electric glass top stove. All-in-all, You won't regret this purchase, enjoy!

this oven absolutely destroyed thanksgiving for me and my family. this product was purchased on 11/25/2020 (delivered on 11/29/2020) and the inner oven glass shattered while preparing items the day before thanksgiving on 11/24/2021. the inner glass is inaccessible so this is definitely a manufacturing error on samsung's part.
upon multiple contacts with samsung, they are unable to help and keep saying the product is out of warranty, even after i provide them with the proof of purchase and delivery dates from the receipts (which are both within a year of this incident). i feel they have been putting off contact with me due to the warranty being so close to a year.
now we are left with an unusable oven, terrible customer service support, and ruined thanksgiving memories.

We have had this Samsung oven for awhile and are amazed at how well it does everything. And it constantly supplies info so the chef can time things perfectly. In addition, it is really good looking, especially the glowing knobs when turned on. While you need to concentrate to read the knob settings, you quickly get used to it. A bonus is the air fryer which does a satisfactory job although a standalone fryer is better. Warning: be careful if you connect the oven to the internet. When I asked Alexa to turn on the air fryer (for fun-I was in a nearby room!), the air fryer in our other home turned on! Good thing our daughter was there to turn it off!!! One more thing: the cooktop requires easy maintenance regularly to keep it sparkling clean. Bottom line: this Samsung oven does the job and it's fun to use.

We bought this Range 3 months ago after becoming very dissatisfied with the operation of our 6 year old range (different brand). So far we are really happy with our decision. Not only is this range beautiful, it has worked flawlessly. The oven heats up fast and accurately to the set temperature (two things our old oven did not do). The stovetop is great, we especially like the "fast boil" burner. It really boils water fast! we also appreciate the Wi-Fi connectivity and the air fryer option. No complaints so far.

This oven has been amazing! Our favorite feature is the air fryer, we had a small one before, but with 6 people in our family it has been so great to be able to use it on a larger scale. The steam clean feature is also great, and has been very useful in keeping the interior looking good. Some other favorite features include the temperature probe, ability to lock the control panel, and that the knobs light up when in use. A few downsides are that others have noted, the knobs can be difficult to read, and the cooktop seems to get dirty a lot easier than other flat top ranges we have had in the past. But all in all, this is a beautiful appliance that works wonderfully.

the range looks great and has lots of good features, but the unit makes a terrible rattling noise when the fan runs. we had samsung's warranty service provider come take a look, but because the noise isn't due to a faulty part (it's the fan causing the metal frame to rattle against itself) he wasn't able to do anything about it.

samsung should stick to tvs in my opinion.
very expensive range does not include a broiler pan like ranges i have owned jennair, kitchen aid, ge.
due to pandemic shortage of items we ended up buying this. air fryer sounded good. had this for 3 months. however used air fryer for first time last night, despite using a recommended tray to catch drippings it splattered everywhere, spent a good 2 hours cleaning spillage before using self clean (as directed in manual) still uanble to remove baked in splattered in window of oven . have contacted support to no avail - customer support at the other end of the world really does not understand the problem. totally disappointed and sadly stuck with this very expensive item. wish i could have waited for a more renowned home appliance maker.

i got this electric range after reading good reviews about the product and i either got unlucky or its reviews are misleading cause i ended up with the worst glass cooktop in the market; after the first use one of the burner started bubbling up, then one by one each burner got stained with burn residues that takes more to clean then to cook; called samsung and they sent out a rep just to tell me "nothing to be done, its maintenance"; so if you want your cooking experience nice and easy don't buy it; cooking functions are nice but not nice enough to overcome the cleaning part and very worn top appearance after only 2 months of use; 2 stars cause had a great finger print resistance feature.

I love to cook and bake but I needed to replace my 15 year old stove. I selected this one because the reviews were good, it had many features I wanted, and it looks stylish. At one point my utilities carrier reviewed my electrical usage to see what was causing my bill to be so high. Turned out it was my oven. Now that I have this new Samsung stove, my utility bill has gone down. When you love to bake, you tend to use your oven a lot. I've already used the self cleaning function and that was simple and easy to use. I didn't like my previous glass cooktop (which cracked & broke) so was reluctant to get another one. The Samsung cooktop is easy to clean and seems more durable. The only negative I have is that my 18 month old grandson can reach the dials and turn the stove on.

This was everything I ever wanted in an oven and more. I love that it is not only an oven but also a convection oven and an air fryer. We haven't had it long enough to use all the features but I am excited to try them all. I love the oven lock as I am short and constantly hit the dials when using the microwave. I would have given it five stars but the front feet do not raise up. I would like the option to raise it so it is exactly even with my counter tops.

i bought this range back in november 2020. it took a while to learn how to use it properly, since it's hard to find a manual online/anywhere (the best one i found was on the home depot site). still, i love it. i can't find a negative thing to say. i read a million reviews before deciding on this range - the only negative comment was of the danger of brushing against the controls and turning them on. yes, that may be a minor flaw, but the range is overall excellent.

pros: great range with a boatload of features.
cons: the ceramic cooktop is very sensitive to cookware bottoms. when you order this range, also order weiman's glass cook top cleaner and polish kit....you'll need it.
had a kitchen aid electric range for 22 + years and the cook top was bullet proof. not so with this one.
also, you will need a samsung hub for the wi-fi capability.
conclusion: great range but the cooktop needs a serious engineering redesign.

this stove is beautiful and has many great features, but the major drawback is that it turns itself on every time you bump or touch it. it has a locking feature but it takes several steps to do it. thus, i am very didappointed and we will probably teturn it. i would not recommend for households with kids, elderly, large dogs, or cats in case they jump up on it.

i did have technical difficulties connecting the range to smartthings and, turns out, the initial setup process is not compatible with iphones. after 4 different phone calls i finally got someone who explained the issue. i had to borrow a friend's android-based phone to connect to my smartthings hub, which was a very large pain, but worth it in the end. highly recommend samsung fix this software issue since a lot of folks use iphones.
all in all, i highly recommend this range but do hope samsun will update the software to make setup easier for other iphone users.

i have one complaint. i am very disappointed that the clock on my brand new range (model ne63t8711ss/aa) does not stay on!! it stays on for only 10 minutes then shuts off.
is there a way to program the clock to stay on all the time, like most other appliances? what is the point of having a clock on the appliance if it does not show?

this samsung range has a contemporary and sleek look which is an upgrade to any kitchen. the stovetop and oven heat up fast. the inside of the oven is very spacious. once the oven reaches the preset temperature, the count up timer will start automatically. the air fry and dehydrate functions are definitely a plus for healthy cooking.
however, like all other glass top stoves, the surface of the stove could be scratched easily. second, it would be nice if this range comes with the back guard. third, the center front control knob is a bit sensitive. you would press against it frequently during cooking or cleaning the surface of it. other than all these minor drawbacks, this has been a great range with numerous good features.

recently started using our new range. have been very happy with the design and full range of features. the oven heats up quite fast, which is a big change from my prior product. i like the display that shows progressing temperature to keep you updated on progress. the air fryer and convection are nice added alternatives. my only negative is keeping the control panel area smudge free looking is a chore. i would definitely recommend based on function and flexibility. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

so far i am loving this oven and range. not only is it pretty and connected but the air fry feature is the bomb. i've baked cookies, chicken nuggets, and some pastries. i've used the conventional, convection, and air fry modes. i was excited to see it does dehydration too!
the stovetop is also very nice. i have yet to use the rapid boil feature but i'll be testing that soon. i have used it to make hollandaise sauce and that turned out perfectly! i love the burner selection sizes.

First day made chicken wings and fries with the air fry tray. Kids love to snack so will be stocking up on mozzarella sticks. Wife loves the glass cooking top with the smart dial. we love design of the oven. it goes so well with our interior in the kitchen. it looks so modern and knobs illuminate. plus, you can connect it via wifi features and control. it has so many options including airfry. we love airfry mode. very easy to navitgate through each function. also self cleaning option makes it very easy to clean after you are done using it. i would highly recommend this oven to other people!

I was very excited to purchase a range with so many new features! I have been wanting to upgrade my range for while and had been looking at stovetops with the newer burners that had rapid boiling and warming features. I use an airfryer almost daily too. So this seemed like it was going to be a fantastic purchase. I think maybe it oversold itself. Sadly, I am not in love with it. Don't get me wrong, it is a great stove/range. But, you have to keep hitting the start button in order to actually start the oven--you have to go through too many choices to be sure it is really what you want. The airfry and convection feature usually cause my smoke detector in another room to kick on. And while the burners are great, the black glass top always looks greasy no matter what we clean it with.

When we first got the Samsung range, we were excited to experience it. We love the design and how the knobs has a nice light on it when turned on. The 5 stove top spots includes a warmer section which is
very useful when I need to cook additional items right away. The oven is an air fryer is amazing. With variety of options to choose from, this stove is the best yet.The wifi is excellent and connected to every product from TV to phone, and sends me a notifications when ever in use. We are satisfied and can't wait for Thanksgiving day to fully experience cooking in it. I highly recommended this stove. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.

bought this one to replace our old freestanding range. this range has a lot features and we love the smart dial, air fry, illuminated knobs, fingerprint resistance finish, smart function and 3600 w express boil. the range is beautiful and delivery service is great. the only prat we would suggest the manufacturer should include a backguard for all slide in ranges.
