I bought this about 6 months ago and I am very happy with the oven. The double oven provides a lot of flexibility to cook multiple things at once. The stovetop model I bought was gas and I am very happy with the BTUs of the burners. Lots of hi-tech features if you're into that. The scroll wheel can take some getting used to if you're used to just pushing buttons. Overall I am very happy with the oven.

It took 'forever' to arrive, but definitely worth the wait. I love that there are 2 smaller ovens which can become 1 large oven for that Thanksgiving turkey. Adore the wifi beyond all else. Now my phone is connected to the washer/dryer(which I adore), the Family Hub refrigerator(which is magnificent) and now the range/oven!!!!!!

Looks sleek and the knobs light up blue when turned on which is not just pleasing to the eye but a safety feature too. The convection feature is great but I rarely use the air fryer. The wifi connection lets you control the oven from your app. I purchased a washable stovetop liner to keep the surface clean.

bought because our 2 year old ge didn't cook even between the ovens after having a maytag gemini, since they came out with gas dual oven and loving it - this range has lived up to the expectations of both ovens cooking evenly and love the turbo top burner. after reading so many reviews of current dual oven ranges having same problem we was skeptical but samsung knocked it our of the park.

hard cleaning this stove. the control panel keeps turning on the oven when you lean over the stove and the oven turns on when you clean the control panel. the smart dial knob doesn't come off to clean. the most concerning is the stainless steel cook top scratches no matter how careful you are. our top is full of scratches and we've only used paper towel or a dish cloth. the dual ovens is a nice feature except that you cannot do all the baking settings in all the available configurations like top only, bottom only or full oven. the grill is practically worthless. it takes forever to heat up and it does not heat evenly at all. it also gets in the way when using larger frying pans. otherwise the stove works as advertised. love the low simmer and blue dial lights.

It is absolutely beautiful. I have had it for a week and figuring out all it can do is a google search away. I dislike the manual is not as detailed. I have the stove with the air-fry mode but didn't understand I needed to change places with the racks in order to make this mode appear on the dial. As far as the air fry function, it's a little disappointing for me, my items cook longer in the stove air fryer than my countertop air fryer. I find it an inconvenience to have to remove the divider and slide the air fryer rack in place. Be careful of crumbs, they will collect along with the front gasket that runs across the front edge of the stove. It's been easy to clean thus far. It cooks evenly, the griddle in the middle is not something I will use often, it takes too long to heat up and I have found heating one side and flipping it over so the hot side is available has helped cooking along but it's better to use a pan and not bother with it. Great concept but it is not as functional as I would have liked it to be. It connects to the phone but I don't see how you would turn anything off the app lacks luster and is not easy to figure out its purpose. It would have been great if it contained straight forward command prompts like heat the oven preheat, turn off and on, and so forth

As an avid cooker & baker but a first-time Samsung oven user, I was hesitant when I entered this campaign. Once my range was delivered to my house and I saw it in person, though, my feelings were completely flipped around. This is a gorgeous range that performs beyond my expectations! I've lived in 12 different houses/apartments over the last 8 years, and this range is by far the most efficient, accurate, and fun-to-use range that I've had the pleasure of cooking with. I've tested all of the modes, and they've all performed very well. I especially love using the Dehydrate mode to easily dry out tons of different fruits at once. The capacity of the oven makes this super easy. Here are my overall pros and cons: Pros: Stovetop burners are POWERFUL (even the simmering burner) Burners allow for a huge range of adjustability Dual ovens cook super quickly when split Aesthetically pleasing design Light-up knobs prevent you from accidentally leaving your gas burners on Removable stove grates and oven racks make cleaning up a breeze A ton of different cooking modes to get exactly the results you're looking for Awesome pull-out oven rack that makes loading/unloading the oven very simple Cons: A pricey range (but not when compared to models with similar features) Very heavy (only a problem if you're moving and installing the range yourself) All your friends and family will be jealous of you and may resent you for having the coolest range around Never thought I could fall in love with an appliance like this!

A classy Range! I was not too sure about an air fryer feature in the oven but must admit we use it all the time. Once you get the hang of using the air fryer, you will love it. It frees up my counter-top not having to have a separate air fryer. The range has a flex duo oven, which is a nice feature. It allows me to cook two different items at two different temperatures. If I need the larger size oven, I just slide out the divider to make in one large oven. The Range has Wi-Fi so I can monitor the cook top, adjust the time and temperature right from my phone. With the knobs illuminating it lets me know if we forget to turn off the burners. With the air fryer there is no need to preheat the oven. A modern and sleek in design Range. There are a variety of features to cook with, like convection, bread proofing, dehydrate, air fryer and more. Cleaning the oven is a breeze, just select the self-cleaning feature and let the oven do all the work. With five burners on the cook top there is plenty of space to whip a few different foods. The middle burner works nicely with the griddle. The 22K BTU dual power burner with its wide temperature range allows me to cook a variety of foods faster. A top-notch stove with all the features you desire. We are whipping up so many good meals.

i was so excited about this purchase.first my delivery was delayed,secondly the descriptionof the range clearly states that it has an air fryer.when i received the range...no air fryer....i called customer service and was told that the air fryer is a feature and not included?? i have no idea what that means.i have not been able to get a clear answer as to why the description cleary states that this range is also an air fryer but the range i received does not have an air fryer. i am very dissapointed with the customer service provided to me.

While it was a little challenging to get the range at the beginning (my product got lost) I got to say it was totally worth the wait. i It was delivered and installed professionally, it fit perfectly in my kitchen. I'll start with how beautiful it is, i think it would fit any kitchen regardless of their decor style. I chose the stainless steel and it matches perfectly with my kitchen color and other appliances. Second I love its functionality. It's super user friendly . We tested right away. It has different burners.for different things . There is one for boiling, simmering, broiling and a generic one; in addition to one large burner that includes a grill/griddle. I did notice to get maximum output for the griddle, it is best to warm up the griddle a few minutes before cooking on it. Once it heats up it cooks fast. I have grilled chicken and meat , made quesadillas in just the grill part of it and it taste amazing and it works great I also love the fact that the griddle part as well as well as the whole stove are easy to clean. we just soak up the grill portion with water for a little bit to take off whatever was left over from the meat or the chicken and it comes right off . The stove cleans easy by wiping it down with a soft cloth I really like how I can bake two different things in the oven at the same time. It's like having a double oven but doesn't take up all the space in the kitchen. I like the features that it has and how I'm able to program it from my phone for it to warm up ahead of time . Also how it alerts me once it's heated up. I have made cookies that came out nice yellow and crispy as they should be . It has different modes for baking broiling or just conventional , as I said previously it's very easy to figure out how to use. I also forgot to mention that there is a blue light on the burners that indicates when one of the burners is on which In my opinion is a great safety feature to prevent walking out while something is cooking . I would definitely recommend this range to any family as it allows you to be creative with the many different features it has.

The Range is a beauty! The features are amazing, and the stainless-steel finish is sharp. The cast iron grates fit nicely. The double burner boils water quickly. The knobs illuminate which is a major plus allowing me to see if the burners are left on. The Range is equipped with convection, self-clean, smart dial, air fry mode, and a flex duo oven. The flex duo oven is so nice, it can be one large 6.0 cubic feet oven or divided with placing the divider in the oven. I can cook two different items, two different temperature in the flex duo. The drawer houses all the accessories nicely. The smart dial will learn how you cook based on your cooking preferences. Having an air fryer in the oven, frees up my countertop of the bulky air fryer. The air fryer will take time to get used to it, but it makes great fries. Turn the air fryer on and its ready to use, no preheat required. I place a pan under the air fryer to catch the drippings. I can griddle or grill on the range top as the griddle is reversible. With he Range being Wi-Fi I can monitor the cook top, adjust the time and temperature right from my smart phone. Having the flexibility of two ovens has changed our cooking. The fingerprint resistant is nice, but it does show smudges. I love showing off my new range and hearing all the great compliments.

Warranty is not worth anything!!!

recently purchased this range. there are a couple of problems that, according to the manual, require a service technician. we have been informed there is no company authorized to service this appliance in our area. how can a company sell something that can't be serviced during warranty. was informed we could get a refund but that doesn't solve the problem. we are unable to get a replacement range. what can we do?????????

i really like this new smart dial gas range with due chambers. it looks really stylish, is easy to use and easy to clean. the only drawbacks are 1. very painfully slow delivery. my delivery was delayed twice and we waited two and half months! 2. the air fry requires you to take out the separation plate so that both of the duo chambers have to function. i tried to make french fries which did not come as good as what i could make with my standalone air fryer.

Had it repaired 3 times- still not working!

Frustrated at samsung 3/7/2021

we bought this brand new along with a new fridge and dishwasher and we are extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated. we've had the display replaced twice and the door replaced and it's still not working like its supposed to. when we've had multiple people out to fix our brand new appliances, they assume they know the fix and only do that one thing and nothing more even if it doesn't fix it. we like samsung for tvs but stay away from any of their appliances.

we've only had the range for 2 days now so i cant go into too much detail about functionality. i will say that it looks amazing and the power burner is great. this oven has the nicer slide out rack i just wish all the racks were that same style. obviously shipping delays this year made it hard to get our stuff but i wont knock it for that. looks great against out white cabinetry. i was worried about the look because on the website it lools very matte black but in person its the same black stainless that all samsung have.

I can't even begin to say how pleased we are with this range. There are a couple minor negatives that I will get to in a bit but the good definitely outweighs them. First off, the stainless steel finish is beautiful and it just looks like a high end appliance. The cast iron grates on top are well made and fit together perfectly and lock in place, allowing pots and pans to easily move around the cooktop. The burners work really well and the double burner boils water very quickly. I also love the fact that when a burner is in the on position the knob is lit up, allowing you to see from across the kitchen if you left it on by mistake (very handy). The oven heats up super fast and the digital controls are easy to use. The convection bake option is a strong go-to in our household and cooks food quickly. But one of the most impressive features is the air-fry mode. This has allowed us to get rid of our bulky countertop air fryer and it cooks more than 10x the amount I could before at once. Plus, it comes with a great air-fry basket . I put a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil on the lowest rack to catch anything that falls through the basket (and stuff will fall). This model also comes with a split door/oven option to cook two different foods at once. I have tried it a couple times but haven't really gotten the hang of it yet. But the oven divider is easy to put in and take out and all the accessories store nicely in the drawer at the bottom of the range. Now for the negative. The stainless steel finish is beautiful....when clean. Although it says it is fingerprint proof they show up pretty well; as do other smudges. The cooktop area shows every little spill as well. They are both areas that are fairly easy to clean but take some time and effort to stay on top of it to keep it looking fantastic. The other issue is the way the knobs are set up. If you spill or drop anything off the front of the cooktop the little creases around the knobs act like gunk magnets. Irremovable, you have to clean them with a toothpick or soft-bristled toothbrush. I believe the good greatly outweighs the inconvenient and if you don't mind keeping it clean this range will not disappoint.

i ordered directly from samsung for a large home renovation. the oven is very attractive and the range works well. it's hard to say about the oven since the frame is bent at the bottom (damaged in delivery, but samsung won't replace it), which not only means the storage drawer is almost impossible to open, but it does not heat evenly and using the dual oven feature, i can only heat each oven to within 50 degrees of each other (not sure if that would be true if the frame wasn't bent). apparently there is no way to have my 2-month old oven fixed/replaced without me paying for it, despite the fact that samsung arranged for the delivery and i paid for the extended warranty. i'm completing this to get the backsplash, but the review is my own

I am pleased with the two zone oven and the ability to to slide the divider out to create one large zone however the description is inaccurate - it does not have a built in air fryer. It has the ability to use this function once divider is removed. The phone app was easy to connect to my Samsung account but in order to perform function, dial needs to be pressed defeats the remote control function of the app. The ability to preheat the oven remotely would have been great but you still can adjust cooking time and temperature from the app. The burners are powerful and work really well for their designated use - boiling was super fast. Cooking time was decreased significantly. The bottom drawer feels a bit flimsy and since this is a slide in range, it should have top covers on both sides but are missing these. My sons love the light up feature surrounding the knobs when the burner is turned on letting you know when it is on or off.

We really love this Samsung gangs. It really boils water super fast on the double concave burner. The griddle is quite heavy and sturdy which is nice. However, it takes quite a bit to heat up due to the thickness of it but the quality is outstanding. The oven is sooo good I can't even explain how even it cooks the food. The ease of use and the ability to control the oven with the app is superb.

this oven looks amazing! it seems and feels of high quality. i haven't used it yet to write a full review but can't wait to start cooking with it. the only down side i saw was the back side of the oven doesn't have a high enough opening for the gas pipe to tuck under so i have about a one inch gap between the wall and the oven. after relocating the pipe down a few inches that should solve the issue. The Samsung Slide-In Range with Smart Dial and Air Fryer is, by far, the most beautiful appliance purchase to date. The slide-in makes it look elegant and really takes our kitchen to a higher level. It fit seamlessly into our standard 30" cabinet opening. The controls are easy to get to and learn. I love that the oven learns your normal setting and goes directly to that instead of scrolling for it each time. An example of this is using the timer. It asks if you want to keep warm, turn off oven, or keep temperature when the timer goes off and learns which one you usually choose. The double oven has been a great feature, so far. One thing to note is when using both ovens, the top oven cannot be used on the conventional setting when baking, only convection. This range preheats faster than anything I have used before. The center shelf slides out to make it a normal sized oven and to use the air fryer. Don't forget to use a cookie sheet on the bottom shelf to catch drippings and crumbs while air frying. Speaking of the air fryer...awesome. There is a bit of a learning curve to it, but makes the best fries. Oh, and you don't have to wait for it to preheat! We use the griddle for pancakes and such. It has been great, heats pretty evenly. Just be sure to follow the directions and let it heat up for about 5 minutes before you attempt to cook on it. *Tip - A user manual can be downloaded on Samsung's website. Everyone that has seen it in our home has been in awe. We are in love! If you are on the fence, go check out one of these beauties in person.

The fact that this range has the air fry option alone is worth it. I have been used to using a countertop air fryer that doesn't even come close to cooking enough food to feed our family of four. The size of the air fry tray is fantastic and I am looking into getting an extra. It is also really easy to clean. The oven heats up quickly and the convection option works great. The range looks fantastic in my kitchen. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks nice but it does smudge and is a bit of a hassle to keep looking like new but worth it when it is all clean. The same can be said about the top of the range. Spills and splatters show up quickly but on the positive side they wipe off for the most part. After the cleaning of the surfaces, it is necessary to wipe everything down again to get rid of the smudges. It's a bit of a pain but looks so nice when clean. The five-burner cooktop has plenty of room for multiple pots and pans and the iron grates allow an easy transition from any burner to a different spot on the stove. The power burner boils water really fast and heats the pot evenly for a nice rolling boil. A really nice feature is that the knobs light up when in use which is easily recognized from a distance making it really hard to forget to turn it off. I haven't been able to figure out a good way to clean them yet though as splatters can get into the ridges and difficult to get out. I had to use a toothpick. I haven't had the occasion to experiment with the split oven feature to see the effectiveness but putting the divider in and operating the split door are simple. It is also easily stored in the bottom drawer. I have been really impressed with the range overall with my favorite feature being the air fry option and the only negative really is trying to keep it all clean. I definitely recommend it as long as you don't mind staying on top of the cleaning.

This range has it all; beauty, functionality, and technology. We chose this model based on a few criteria: Is it attractive enough to have prominently displayed in our kitchen? Yes. With the stainless steel and glass exterior, it is indeed very nice to look at. The stainless is fingerprint resistant, and resists smudges. The styling overall screams high end. It matches Samsung's other appliances, so a full suite of Samsung stuff in your kitchen looks VERY high end indeed. Does it have all the functionality we need in what is pretty much the most important appliance in the kitchen? Yes it certainly does and then some. With the flex zone feature, we can bake two things at two different temperatures at the same time. With the air fry feature, we can make tasty, crispy fries and onion rings in a snap. With the convection feature, we are able to cut down on cooking time. Does it have the latest tech? A resounding yes! This oven fits neatly into your smart home ecosystem, even responding to commands from Alexa and Google Home. It communicates via wifi and will even send a push notification to your Samsung television letting you know things like "Done preheating" or "Baking complete". Let me tell you this feature is underrated; we specifically picked our suite of Samsung appliances so they almost all have this feature. You can watch TV and be immediately notified when your household appliances are done doing what they do. The Smart Dial makes selecting it's multitude of functions easy. A menu system responds to a series of turns and taps, much like a high end thermostat. A very intuitive, user friendly way to control with this range. That covers the selection criteria, and how it has fulfilled those criteria.. let's move on to the effectiveness of the range. This thing can cook! Thanksgiving was a breeze! The turkey cooked quickly, the skin was crispy, and the whole thing was moist and delicious. We cooked Wagyu burgers on the griddle cooktop, and they turned out amazing as well. The Air Fryer function made some perfectly crispy fries from a bag of the cheap frozen stuff. The cook top burners are very pretty.. they look well engineered and high end, but they are also extremely functional. The dual mode of the front-right burner is especially helpful for boiling water. I have only 1 complaint about this range, and that is the rear of the range may not have enough room for a protruding gas hookup. We will have to pay to have it relocated.

i want to start out by saying "i received compensation for this review but the review is my own". the stove itself is nice. it matches all of the other samsung appliances in my kitchen. it so far works great and looks good. the first major let down came when we learned that all of the amazing wifi enabled features that sold us on this stove were not useable since we have a gas stovetop. the wifi features are only available on electric cooktops. ultimately i would recommend this product, but it would be nice to know that most of the features that i liked about this appliance were not going to be useable since i have a get stovetop.

I have been using the range for over a month yes I cook every day up to 2 times a day or more so far is easy to use and clean to use the wifi function just need to download and app and the rest is easy, to use the inial set up just need to use the dial to access the functions like time, date, display time out and the clock is a digital button the one for this setting is the one with lines in the right side, for the oven features the same dial and select the option you want to use example Conventional oven, Air fryer, Bake, dehydrated and more. PROS *easy to use just turning the dial *can be converted to a double oven just using the oven divider that came with it. *the knobs to turn the burners, light up when on *2 big from burners to use with big pots or fast heat *the stainless steel top is easy to clean *can control the oven over the app *after the timer is over the oven turn off if you pick this option *really big oven even if you divide it *the middle burner can be easy to use a bigger griddle CONS -the griddle plate is too small and take to long to heat up -can be tricky to set up on a first try -need to have more clean instruccion manual Overall for me is been really useful I bake using the conventional oven and the bread came perfect, the air fryer also works great you can get extra space and put all your nuggets at once with the fries. also, use the double oven to heat some fries, and works like a charm did I mention it that is really easy to clean up.

Amazing Oven perfect for large families!

We had the opportunity to upgrade the oven set that came built with our home and OH MY was this an upgrade! We have a large family and use the stovetop daily and it was a huge plus to be able to cook multiple dishes at different temperatures in the oven portion. Additionally we loved that one of the gas ranges included one for a wok (has a double flame) which initially we were intrigued about but it is now our default burner. We have made amazing fried rice and it has been wonderful for searing steaks! Oven portion: I love that there are two separate timers available and you can adjust the timer without having to turn the knob and interrupt the preset temp. If you do not set a cook time or timer, a clock does run for the amount of time the unit has been at your preset temp which is also very helpful. There are different songs for when the oven is preheated, timer ending, bottom portion preheating etc and it reminded us more of the tunes on a grandfather clock which we enjoy. The features on the main screen itself are very intuitive and the associated smart app works seamlessly to change temps or turn on/off the oven lights throughout the house although you do have to initiate the chosen setting manually on the oven before it will allow for remote control. Additionally we did discover that once the middle partition is removed, the unit allows for both top and bottom to enter a standard bake mode (rather than the top being convection bake only). Overall, I am especially excited at hosting Thanksgiving this year as it will be so much easier to cook multiple dishes at different temps! PROS + very intuitive + Double burner works well for searing and wok + Love the different tunes (timer, preheat upper, preheat lower) + Can open the top independently from the bottom + Smart app easy to use + burner areas easy to clean + has child lock function which I greatly appreciate! + If a timer or bake time not set, there is an automatic timer that helps with knowing how long the oven portion has been on which is very helpful CONS - Samsung customer service was difficult to get ahold of for a replacement piece as unit was damaged on delivery - No differentiation between Air Fry and Convection Bake ( These may be synonymous however if it was advertised as Air fry I would rather that be clarified)
