we purchased this model in sept 2020. in january the ice maker started jamming. we were able to get a quick response for a repair under warranty but then the water dispensers stopped working and the ice was not fixed either. they came out again and replaced the door but now it does not seal properly, there is a piece that falls out when it is opened, the temperature functions have stopped working, annd we still have no water, and the ice is still jamming. at this point samsung took the repair people out of it and acted like we would get a refund. however i have heard nothing and when i call im told they will be calling but they never do.

long story short, we got a defective fridge installed to our house and after several weeks of trying to resolve the issue, neither samsung or the home depot will take any ownership in replacing our broke fridge.
the issue: water lines are broke causing water to fill the lower slide out drawer - found day of install.
solution: home depot wont do anything. literally nothing. samsung will refund what we paid for the fridge (got on black friday), so the refund is $1,000 less than what we would have to spend to get the exact fridge again.
thought: this is completely unacceptable. i would never consider buying from the home depot again and im about there with samsung too.
make this right and replace the broke fridge.

I got it almost 9 months ago, ice maker gave me problems until the second time a technician came to fix it. The icemaker is simple, ice, water and crush ice, missing my old one that will have measures (oz, lt, cup).
The middle door is not my favorite. It does not open all the way I dont see my veggies from the back, also temperature panel for it is on the top section so i always forget to change it if i need to used it for drinks or something else.

I purchased this refrigerator in April. We came home on August13th and the freezer was making a strange sound and stopped cooling. The fridge was working fine. Although we love all the features of the fridge, our problem is with Samsung Service department. We still have not had a service person come out to check it! We lost several hundred dollars of food in our freezer. Almost 2 weeks later. Still waiting for a call back. We are a Samsung family but this experience is extremely
disappointing. I'd love to update this review when this is handled.

While it is priced as a better than average refrigerator, it has some features that don't work up to expectations. On the plus side, it is a nice looking refrigerator and it is a big unit. On the negative side, one of my favorite features is the automatically filling pitcher, except the pitcher leaks when you pour from it, creating a bit of a mess every time you use it. The ice is on the door, it is slow and it also tends to drip water on the tray beneath it. More mess. Samsung sent a repair man out to look at the pitcher, he said he has seen the problem before and he would have samsung send another to me. Haven't heard a peep from Samsung.

Overall this fridge has been an awesome addition to my kitchen. The Food Showcase door and the flex drawer make life much easier, convenient, and economical as not as much cold air is lost trying to get stuff out of the fridge as opening the whole fridge to get lunch meat or something to drink.
It has taken a little while to get get used to having the temperature controls on the phone through the SmartThings app, however it is nice to see the energy usage/savings so easily.
There are a few "odd" sized shelves around the ice maker/chute that require some planning to store as much as possible on the shelves, and it would be nice to be able to have these height adjustable, but it is easy to work around, and I'm not sure how much adjustment there could be on these door shelves.
Overall, the only negative criticism I have is the ice maker. The ice seems very slow to dispense compared to our other refrigerator, and the crushed ice half the time is whole cubes of ice. Other than that the fridge works very well.

So far we aren't in love, but definitely a strong like. We had some issues getting a working product but it's now a working one in our home. We are still figuring out the flex drawer. It's been two days and is slowly coming to temp. We notice that it takes a little time to fully get to freezing temp. The space is great. We like the peek a boo door which makes it easy to grab drinks, eggs, and other quick pick items. Having the full shelf to store food has been a treat. I like the separate freezer space and additional drawer. I will update this review once the flex drawer becomes fully operational. We also have no been able to connect to the wifi, it keeps failing at close to finish.:(

Things that functioned Perfectly were:
SIze -
This fridge is way bigger than my previous one. I like this french door style because we can put larger pots and containers in it.
Showcase Door -
I told my wife we would never use this feature. I was wrong!!! We keep drinks on the bottom, condiments in the middle, and eggs/butter at the top. It's a feature that I didn't know I needed, and now, I can't live without.
Flex Zone -
The Flex Zone, sounds way more extravagant than it actually is, but the best part is the 4-Way slider bar. It lets you to split the flex zone into 4 quadrants of varying sizes. The feature is very useful!
French Door Style -
After Thanksgiving dinner we used to take all of the leftovers, and put them into smaller containers so that they would fit into our old fridge. Those days are over. The French Door style fridge is much more flexible, in terms of storage, than our previous fridge.
Water Pitcher -
I LOVE this feature. I still use the water/ice maker on the outside of the door, but the water pitcher is often much more useful. The water pitcher also refills itself ridiculously fast.
Things that didn't function properly on the fridge were:
Flex Zone -
Set it to -1 Degrees C, and it won't freeze anything. We tested with a small cup of water. It never froze.
Bixby Connect -
We tried several times to connect to our fridge no success. We got to 99% complete installation on the app before it crashed. This was disappointing. We were looking forward to integrating it into our smart home.
Door Seal Condensation -
In Samsung's defense, sealing both french doors is NOT an easy design challenge. We had the fridge on the lowest temperature setting, and there was a always condensation puddle on top of the flex zone drawer. I lowered the temperature and the puddle went away, but the condensation is still on both door seals. (see pics)
Overall Score: 9.1 out of 10
Summary:
The things that Samsung got right with this fridge, they got very right. The water pitcher, showcase door, and overall functionality of the fridge screams flexibility. It's not perfect, but it will let you customize it to perfectly fit your lifestyle.

We are not new to Samsung, actually all big items in the kitchen/home are Samsung products including the previous Refrigerator that we had.
I am really impressed and very happy with this Refrigerator for many many reasons and to name a few:
1. The Tuscan color is brilliant, chic and finger print resistant that could be cleaned in seconds when needed.
2. Very roomy and I mean you can fit food for 30 people easily inside it.
3. The flex zone area is one of a kind, dedicated area for leftovers and also for large items like big plates or birthday cakes.
4. the included water pitcher is an added value in summer time, you will love it.

5. Quiet and efficient.
6. Excellent easy to use and operate Fridge area and also roomy.

When my wife picked out the 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in the Tuscan color I was a little skeptical. I thought it was too big and wasn't sure about the color. Wow, was I wrong! This has to one of, if not the best refrigerator we have ever had! We have now been to the groceries and warehouse club multiple times and still we never run out of room! The freezer holds a surprising amount of food with both drawers and I love the divider to help keep things organized. The middle snack drawer is our kids favorite and I have even noticed that lunch meats and cheese stay fresher longer. This drawer also comes with a divider so everyone's snacks stay tidy. Now the refrigerator portion is brilliant. The way the design was set up works for everything large and small. We were very strategic in where we place everything so we could take advantage of every cubic foot. I love how shelves accommodate you, not the other way around. The Food Showcase is the best for the everyday things you grab at every meal and has really saved time and energy with meal prep. The water and ice dispenser do not disappoint either. I love having crushed ice at my fingertips. And the color is really breathtaking. Like I said, i was a little weary on this, but that is the first thing people love about the refrigerator and it is a very impressive color in person. The Smartthings app is great for making sure temperatures are optimally set and that the kids don't leave any doors open. Safe to say we are very happy with our new Samsung refrigerator.

I am in love with this refrigerator. It its magnificent! It just looks so pretty. I haven't had to clean this unit often since it seems to stand up to finger prints pretty well. The flex zone is perfect! My husband can put his drinks in there and keep them out of the main compartment. I use to hate how his bottles would take up so much room since he would want all of them in there and now they are out of everyone's way. Freezer is huge and very useful. The metal plate inside the refrigerator gives it that very expensive look at feel. I have received many compliments on this. The autofill pitcher is awesome! I love how its always ready at dinner time and i just pull and go. I do wish they had a light at the ice dispenser that i could set to stay on which would be useful at night but that is small. I love how the handles lift when you pull giving you that feel that feel that samsung has made sure to make this feel elegant. It holds temperatures very well and i love how i get a notification on my phone if door is left open. The showcase door is perfect when i need to grab something quick when cooking and feeding my 7 month old. The color is perfect. It is such a nice mixture of color that i can not describe since any description would do it injustice. Samsungs new tuscan stainless steel is going to be big. I like how the display is on the inside of the fridge so you dont have kids playing around with it and gives it that nice clean look on the outside. It has helped me alot with being able to organize items how i want by keeping my husbands stuff out of my way and having my child's items in one section. It truly is a stunning refrigerator and i never thought i would be excited over a refrigerator!

This refrigerator is beautiful inside and outside. The Tuscan color is a great compliment to my counter-tops. The space on the inside with the adjustable shelves makes customizing it to accommodate the needs for certain foods, is unbelievably easy. I love the food showcase door. It makes it so things like juices, milk, and cheese is accessible with out having to open doors and drawers. The third door, which is a drawer, is where we keep my kids stuff for their lunches and snacks. It frees up so much space in the main part of the fridge. I am beyond pleased with this refrigerator.

My family has had the opportunity to try out a Samsung refrigerator showcase door in the brand new color called Tuscan. Now that we have had this refrigerator for several weeks I can tell you my favorite part is the drawer right above the freezer due to the fact that it can be set several ways depending on what your storing in it. For instance deli foods can be set to a certain temperature. Wine can be set to an optimum temperature or it will even keep raw meat at a slightly frozen state. Honestly I have used that mostly to keep my beer cans in and couldn't be happier at how chilled they are. I also love how the refrigerator and all drawers are lit up when you open it and I can always tell when the kids are hanging around the refrigerator too long because an alarm sounds after a couple minutes of the door being open. I absolutely love the color and plan on outfitting my kitchen with matching appliances at some point. So far so good Samsung you have done a great job with this refrigerator!

We are a family of 5 and this fridge is perfect for us! It allows the drawer for the children to be able to reach. It also allows flexible shelves so that we can put bigger items in there! It is great on electricity as well. The aesthetics of this fridge make my kitchen look more updated!

So far, we are very pleased with this product. Love the color. We are especially pleased with the autofill water pitcher & sectioned middle drawer. We find the latter useful for organizing various beverages. The window is great for energy conservation. An improvement would be to make heavier doors, since sometimes they don't fully close. That said, it's pretty neat that the fridge beeps to notify you if the door is left ajar. Would gladly suggest this product to a friend in the market for a refrigerator.

Upgrading from our old refrigerator to this premium one has been a real eye opener. We struggled to find room for groceries every week and it was always a question of what we should throw out and what should be kept based on space. That is no longer a problem.
The large shelves and generous door storage have given us more room than we could ever need. Gallons of milk even fit in the door if you choose to use it that way, and the shelves can be re-positioned to fit our needs.
The little water pitcher is great for refilling water glasses at dinner without having everyone have to get up to take care of their own. The option of infusing the water with flavor is a bonus. The ice maker and water dispenser work great, and large cups can fit to fill them as well. The water filter is located inside the refrigerator by the drawers and is easy to change when needed.
The Food Showcase is great for storing drinks and other items you need to get to quickly. You can get to it all without fully opening the door, just click the button on the handle as you open.
The Flex drawer is perfect for storing lunch meats and snacks, plus it keeps the kids from standing in front of the open refrigerator with the door open. Its easy for kids to pull out the drawer and the height is perfect for them.
The freezer space is more than enough, and there is a drawer to hold whatever you choose. The temperature can go as low as -8 degrees if you need it to, and is good for quickly freezing things if you need to do that.
After waiting a long time to upgrade our refrigerator, the Samsung has been everything we hoped it would be.

I was a little apprehensive when my wife told me she ordered a Samsung fridge in the new Tuscan Stainless color. I was afraid the color would be too brassy but it is actually incredibly subtle and beautiful. It is classy and rich looking. Despite a horrible delivery experience, once we received our refrigerator we were wowwed by the the features, appearance and size. There is plenty of room inside the fridge section along with the multi-use drawer. I like being able to resize the sectioned drawer and also the fact you can change the drawer temperature according to multiple uses (deli, drinks, wine, etc...) Lastly, the freezer section has plenty of room. I highly recommend the new Samsung 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Tuscan

As an electrician I enter people's homes on a regular basis. I work in many high-end homes and often I see appliances and fixtures that are "all the rage" as they say. I can honestly say that the 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Tuscan blows all of these and any other refrigerator away.
Out of the many features this refrigerator is equipped with - and there are a lot- the one that I enjoy the most is the top drawer in the freezer. I can keep all of my game day goodies in that drawer for easy access. This means no more taking half of the items in my freezer out to find what I want. I also really enjoy the Flex Zone Drawer. This drawer has four separate temperature settings, which includes deli meat - another game day plus. Also, the customizable Smart Divider makes it easy to keep certain foods separate. The other really great feature is the self-filling water pitcher that supplies me with a never-ending supply of chilled tea.
In all reality one of the things I really like the most about the 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Tuscan is the reaction I get from people that come to visit. Without a doubt this is by far the coolest looking refrigerator out there and the Tuscan color is so cutting edge that when people see it they, like I did the first time I saw it, stand back in awe.
Another absolutely stunning product from Samsung, happily existing among the many in my house now referred to among friends as the "Samsung House".

I absolutely love the Samsung refrigerator! I love having the drawer ability, it is great for meal prepping, leftovers, or to put the kids lunches in! The wide doors really help to be able to see everything that is in the fridge! The freezer drawer is awesome! So easy for the kids to grab what they need! My only complaint is that the configuration of the shelves does not allow a lot of space for tall drinks including milk gallons. We had to work around that, but other than that we love it!

The overall appearance of this fridge is beautiful. It is a mixture between brown and stainless steel and has a finish that is fingerprint resistant. We have several children over frequently and have yet to notice a spot on either of the doors.
The fridge has smart options located in a panel on the right side of the interior refrigerator door. This allows the user to control various features on the fridge. Through this panel you can silence the open door alarm, change the temperature of the much coveted flex drawer, and connect to your smart phone app.
We particularly love the flex drawer which quickly and easily allows you to vary in temperature to suit your needs of the day. We have used this drawer as both additional freezer storage and as a wine cooling tray depending on the occasion.
My favorite features of this samsung refrigerator are the self filling pitcher which is located in the left refrigerator door and the food showcase door on the right. These features allow for endless cool water for parties and for quick access to daily items such as milk and condiments.
In addition, this fridge has light blue complimentary lighting, adjustable shelving, an ice maker and water dispenser. The list goes on and on! I highly recommend this product!

My first impression of my new Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was great . I instantly opened it and look at everything it had to offer. The refrigerator we had before the Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was outdated and old. I'm so in love with this upgrade to my kitchen. Samsung has always made great products and they didn't let me down with this one. This Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was everything that thought that it would be. When we have family and friends over when they first come in they tell us how great are refrigerator looks. When they open it blows them away at how big it is in the inside. It makes my kitchen look so updated. I love the different features the refrigerator has to offer. It's fingerprint and smudge free also because we have a very active two year old so this helps out. The way that the interior shelving is in the refrigerator is great you can fit almost anything my wife cooks everyday so we always have leftovers it fits so great on the shelving in the refrigerator. You can move the shelves side and move, fold up or down to make room. With the food showcase feature you can get any drink you need without opening up the whole refrigerator. This Samsung refrigerator is great.

To be fair, this fridge replaced a similar size unit that we have had for several years.
So far, this fridge has been awesome. The only pain point so far has been getting the fridge to register with Samsung SmartThings, ultimately this required powering the fridge off and back on.
So far our favorite features in this fridge are the water pitcher in door and the food showcase. The self filling water pitcher has been very convenient, it even has an area for adding lemon, lime, orange, or whatever you would like to infuse into your water. The food showcase door has cut down how much energy our fridge seems to be using, we have not gotten a bill yet from the energy company to really compare actual numbers, but it sure sounds like the fridge runs less than the previous unit.
As yet, the only two very minor items that have not been to my liking is how loud the ice maker is and the crushed ice. The crushed ice is extremely slow and does not get broken into very small pieces, sometimes nearly whole cubes come through.
While I personally am not a fan of having a screen on the fridge (mine does not), having the SmartThings integration has been awesome. Being able to adjust settings even when not home has been awesome.

Do not buy this refrigerator. My ice maker went out after 2 years and one week. So of course it was after the warranty expired. So I had to pay $500.00 to get it fixed. I have breast cancer so this was a big thing I could not afford but needed a refrigerator that made ice. On top of that Samsung sends a contractor out that don't have their own people. Tried and tried to get someone from Samsung to call me but they never responded. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. My dishwasher just went out but absolutely would not buy Samsung bought Maytag.

I would say this Refrigerator was a surprise if if was not Samsung. Great aesthetics, fingerprint and dirt resistant and very easy to clean. Samsung engineers put tons of smart thoughts into making this Wonderful Refrigerator, I'm looking hard to say one negative thing about but can't. Very practical and serves my family in a great way, little touches makes it different than other similar products; to name some I will mention the small cold ice tea or flavored water that is included and fits perfectly in the left upper door, it fills automatically and allow someone like me who does not drink enough water to drink more, what a smart idea. Not to forget the flexible middle drawer that allows to store large items like a birthday cake or large food container without a hassle. it is very easy to work with this Fridge and get the settings right first shot, the manual is full of graphics to help. The location of the water filter is perfect and allows for easy change without bending my back to look for it. The Freezer part is HUGE, easy to store enough items for a big family. The more items that I buy from Samsung the more I am in love with this company. Highly recommended.

Samsung hit it out of the park with the new Tuscan stainless steel refrigerator and kitchen appliance line. I cannot quit staring at my refrigerator it's so beautiful. The color is just the right amount of bronze and looks amazing in my kitchen. Everyone who has seen it so far comments on the color. This refrigerator exceeded my expectations. Is Sleek and gorgeous and has everything you could possibly want in a refrigerator. The multi-use drawer is extra convenient because you can change the size of the compartments and also the temp / use of the drawer. Right now I'm using it as a deli drawer but I plan on changing over to using it as a wine drawer. The freezer and refrigerator both have plenty of space store all of your groceries. We are getting a ton of use out of the food showcase door. It helps keep the cold air in what gives you plenty of room to get out your milk or your other frequently used items without letting all the cold air out. I also love the water and ice dispenser. It allows you to choose between crushed or cubed ice. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints and is easy to clean. I do not have a negative thing to say about the new Samsung Tuscan stainless fridge. If you haven't seen one in person yet I highly recommend you consider purchasing one. You will not be sorry.

I was very worried about how the color would turn out but I am impressed! It's a very nice stainless/graphite/gold mix. More of a pearl type. It just looks stunning. Already received compliments. The freezer did take a while to cool but is now working as one would wish. I love the metal cooling look on the inside as it gives it that touch of class. Auto fill pitcher is awesome! Great size and staring to love that all the controls are inside giving the door a nice clean look. I do wish there was an option to keep the light on outside on the door. The showcase is going to take a bit to get use to but is working well. The FlexZone e is awesome. All beverages can be kept in there separately to a chilled Setting. I never thought I could be amazed by a refrigerator but I was wrong. I'm super impressed especially after seeing how much Samsung has stepped up those game. The freezer is massive! One of the plastic door storage unit does have a tiny crack I noticed after delivery which I will call Samsung to see if they can help but other than that I don't think there is anything I don't like. I initially thought I wouldn't like the color since I like black stainless but Buy was I wrong. Move over black stainless steel, there's a new color in town and it is leaving everyone's mouths open! Update!!! Called Samsung and issue was resolved. I love the flexzone compartment since it keeps my beverages ice cold. I have received so many compliments on the color from guest that its unbelievable. Its just a beautiful unit. Works like a charm. Hooked to wifi and I love how I can change temp from phone. Wish it would allow to lock and unlock ice, water and certain features off the phone but this is still great. It has ALOT of storage room. Freezer is very nice as well since it was 2 compartments in the one. I love how the handles lock and you have to lift to pull out. Theres so much to talk about but not enough room to type. I am honestly very impressed at how much Samsung has changed and that for the better. I love the auto fill pitcher since i leave some fruit in and have infused water on demand now. That was a genius idea. I use to hated filling pitchers. The metal cooling technology seems to keep the refrigerator much cooler and temperatures much more consistent. I love this unit!

I'm so excited about my new Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase. The refrigerator that I had before was very old and not updated. I was very happy to get this new Samsung refrigerator this is a great upgrade for my household. This Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was everything that thought that it would be. I know that the Samsung would be a great brand. It makes my kitchen look so modern. I love that the refrigerator is fingerprints and smudge free which I love. I have a two-year-old who loves to tough and feel the refrigerator.
I don't have to spend all day wiping and cleaning the outside of the refrigerator which is great. I love the way that the interior shelving is in the refrigerator you can fit almost anything in this refrigerator. I cook everyday so there's always leftovers in containers. I can say that everything fits so good on the shelving in the refrigerator. You can move the shelves side and move, fold up or down to make room, and without hassle. I love the food showcase I can just reach into the showcase and get any drink I need. I can put so many different things in food showcase other than drinks like condiments for food. It keeps the cold air in whenever you open the food showcase door. I love the Samsung refrigerator.

Often times fridges are thought of as utilitarian. This certainly was my thought, but this fridge has completely changed my mind. Just like counter tops make and tile increase the elegance of the room so does this fridge. We went from having an average looking kitchen to something out of a magazine. Simply put it is elegant while doing its tasks better than any other fridge I've seen. We had family and friends over for Easter and people could not stop complementing how beautiful the fridge was. People were impressed with all of the features and thought the MSRP price was more than reasonable. With other french door fridges you sacrifice an external water/ice maker. However, this fridge is able to give you an ice maker in the refrigerator portion of the door. This seems like a standard feature that other fridges lack. But it doesn't stop there. There is also a built in water pitcher that refills itself. There is also no lack of storage and space. I was able to move the full contents of my last fridge into this one and had plenty of space left. I love the fact that I didn't lose too much shelf space to the ice maker. Perhaps the least useful but novel feature is the Food Showcase. It is quite cool to show off to people but other than that it has been a bit of a nuisance when I accidentally open the Food Showcase door when I want to open the full door. I guess this will eventually click in my mind. Similarly, the most impressive least novel feature is the flexzone drawer. There is not much science to this thing, but I have filled it up with drinks and it's great to just open the door and know where things are. The one thing I mostly grab from the fridge is drinks. Perhaps the manual is lacking some instructions because it is not a final release but I was able to figure out a few things that were not well explained. The main was connecting it to my Samsung SmartThings. This allows me to get alarms and see settings. I have left the door open a few times and I have gotten a notification and went back to close it; more useful than I'd like to admit. All-in-all this is a gorgeous refrigerator with no lack in space or features that will help tie in your kitchen.

The Samsung 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase is both functional and gorgeous! When I first saw it, I was afraid it may not hold everything my old refrigerator did but was surprised. The sliding shelf and numerous drawers offer more then enough room to hold everything you throw at it and more! The food Showcase feature offers unparalleled convenience without compromising beauty. The water filter is placed fully accessible and in front so say goodbye to exploring behind the fridge. The auto fill pitcher in the fridge makes sure you never run out of cold drinking water. The entire family loves our new fridge and the kids love that they can open the showcase compartment and grab a quick juice box or two. So far, we have not found anything bad to say about the Samsung 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase.

We update kitchen appliances rarely in my home, so when the opportunity came to replace the refrigerator with this new model from Samsung, we knew we had to have it. The first thing you notice is the size. From the outside, you can tell there is a large capacity, which we need with growing children. The new Tuscan color is absolutely stunning and the finish resists finger prints well. The water and ice dispenser is much taller on this than on my previous model, and if perfect to fill water bottles. As great as the outside is, the inside is where this appliance really shines. The huge capacity makes our normal refrigerator load look positively minimalist. Where we had packed shelves and doors before is plenty of open space. The doors have a ton of storage, the adjustable shelves make it easy to fit whatever you need, and the drawers can fit a lot of whatever you need, as they have individual sliders to control the humidity. The food showcase feature is very unique, and allows access to three shelves of whatever you choose by opening only a portion of the right side door, accessed by a button on the handle. This is perfect for beverages, but can be used for many things. There are flip up metal bars on two of the shelves that can be used to provide support for taller items to keep them from falling over, but they can remain down if you choose. The water filter is located between the drawers in the refrigerator and is a simple twist and remove to change. You'll want to turn the water off first though. Speaking of the water, this has a feature I haven't heard of before, as there is a pitcher that fills automatically located on its own shelf in the left side door. The pitcher has a middle perforated container to allow you to infuse the water with fruit or maybe some cold brewed tea. It can be disabled on the control panel on the lower right side of the refrigerator interior. The flex drawer has proven very popular with the kids. We can store the things they use most, such as snack cheese, guacamole packs, snack packs, etc alongside the deli meats and cheese we use. This can be changed to suit your needs, with preset setting available on the control panel. This also eliminates the problem of them holding open the door while deciding what to eat. The freezer on bottom has enormous capacity, and there is a drawer in addition to the lower bins. There is a power freeze function for quickly cooling things if needed, it goes to -8 degrees.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my new Samsung refrigerator! You name a feature and it has it. The freezer is so much bigger than I imagined and holds so much more than my previous one it is ridiculous. But also being able to see everything so organized is I believe the best part. I used to have to empty shelves just to find items, but not anymore. The FlexZone drawer is my kids favorite feature. They are all at an age where they can find themselves snacks and this drawer makes it so much more convenient for them. It is right at eye level and the divider keeps everything in its place. I've even put in some of they're microwavable breakfast items so I can sleep in on the weekends and they can make their own breakfast! The fridge portion is ginormous. Talk about all the space you will ever need. I've already gone grocery shopping twice and feel as though I haven't put a dent in there. Large pizza boxes go in with ease and the Food Showcase door is ingenious. I made sure to put all of our go to items right in front and it saves so much time preparing meals. Having the auto fill water pitcher and a water/ice dispenser has come in pretty handy too. I honestly thought we wouldn't really use it, but I've already made cold brew tea twice. I put the tea bags into the infuser in the morning and by dinner time we have tea waiting for us. I also love having the option of regular or crushed ice right at my fingertips. Now for the fancy part... this Tuscan Stainless Steel has to be one of the most beautiful colors on an appliance that I have ever seen. It gives the kitchen an artisan feel and makes me want to upgrade all of my appliances. So I really hope that Samsung sticks with this shade and there is more to come with this finish. The refrigerator is so smooth and sleek you almost can't take your eyes off of it. Every single inch of this 28 cu. ft. was so well designed and thought out that I almost dare someone not to love it. This family of five will definitely enjoy this refrigerator for years to come.

We are utterly in awe of our new fridge! The design is pristine. The Tuscan color is a perfect mixture between stainless steel, brown and black. The brushed appearance allows for everyday use without the unwanted side effect of fingerprints. The capacity is very large, allowing you to cool and freeze enough food for a large family. The showcase door allows for quick access to more frequently used items, like our milk. My fiance and I especially loved the water/ice tea pitcher that has a special place within the left refrigerator door. It is self-filling and is perfect for entertaining guests, allowing for an endless supply of filtered cooled water. We also loved the adjustable shelves in the fridge allowing you to customize the design to better suite your family's needs. This refrigerator is unique in that it has smart capabilities including the flex drawer. The drawer can switch from fridge to freezer by the touch of a button! Currently, we have it set to the perfect temperature for chilled wine and a cheese tray, as we are hosting a party with friends this week. You can also link the refrigerator to your cell phone to be alerted of any issues including accidentally leaving the door open. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our new refrigerator and plan to upgrade all of our future appliances to Samsung as well!

New Color - Great Refrigerator

We were anxious to get our new Samsung Showcase Refrigerator. Our new refrigerator was delivered without a scratch. Installed, hooked up and starting to cool. I promptly connected it to my Smart-Things hub and set the refrigerator to Power cool. Transferring our groceries from our old refrigerator to this one was easy and the new Flex Zone Drawer was perfect for all of the snacks. The showcase door was perfect for the Juices, milk and butter. We have had no concerns with this unit. It just works. My wife was quick to get the kids work pictures and work on the front with the fridge magnets.. The tuscan color is strikingly beautiful and compliments the granite countertops we have in our kitchen. The Autofill water pitcher in the door is very handy and my daughter was quick to add strawberries to the infusion chamber for strawberry flavored water. Our last Samsung lasted over 10 years with no issues. There is no reason we should not see the same with this unit.

I don't even know where to begin !! The Samsung 28 cubic foot 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in the new, all the rage color tuscan is, simply put: a dream!! We live in a log home and I am over the moon that there is finally a stainless appliance line that accents the warm tones in our home.
The self filling water pitcher has a built in infuser so you can add different flavors or make cold tea. The refrigerator has a flex zone drawer with an adjustable temperature feature, suitable for several types of food or beverages such as deli items or wine. The freezer has a smaller top drawer that pulls out, which is great for smaller frozen items that would ordinarily get "lost" among larger items.
As if all of these features weren't enough the refrigerator is wifi ready/Bixby enabled and upon downloading a simple app you can control the settings and get notifications if the door is accidentally left open.
There are also several energy saving features that allow one to save money while reducing their carbon footprint. These features include the showcase door and an additional seal between the top doors guaranteeing the cold air stays in the refrigerator where it belongs. This really is a beautiful refrigerator that is well made, energy efficient and, in keeping with the Samsung brand, on the cutting edge both tech wise and style wise.
