we are happy with the fridge in general. but concerned about the possibility of future issues based upon our initial experience with the product.
during installation, several screws were missing that were needed to attach the handle to the door. luckily for us the installers had extra parts. of more concern was that one of the two produce drawers was the wrong size. there was no way that the person that assembled the fridge or the quality control inspector could have missed the issue as the drawer was an inch narrower than the opening and did not sit on the rails. samsung replaced the drawer (it took 3 weeks to arrive).
we need some of that korean attention to detail in samsung's mexican manufacturing plant where this product was made!
