i've had this washer since april 2021. the water fill level is lacking on many loads, depending on which wash cycle i choose. since tis has an impellar and not an agitator, clothes loaded on top pretty much stay on top through out wash cycle. even with the deep fill option available (on only some wash cycles, not the normal cycle), still have to monitor water level to be sure that then too much water is not added. also, most cycle choices are very long; weird that washer changes agitation speeds mid-cycles; washer is really loud. this was my first samsung washer; it'll be my last.

it's makes a humming noise which i don't like at all, not getting my clothing clean not removing all stains. i called the first day i used it and was told the nose is normal, lowes didn't calibrate the machine was walked thru the process by the the person on the phone. only thing i like is that the drum is a 5.4 but what's the point if it's not cleaning the way i like. trying to give this machine a fair chance, but i'm calling again and want someone to look at it or replace it.

on our first "test wash" we had water gushing out from underneath the washer. i didn't want to return the product after the hassle of purchasing and just installing. turned out there was a plastic housing with 2 metal contacts/connections that had a rubber gasket behind it was gushing water when the machine drained. while that was a big issue, i was able to resolve it just by tightening 1 loose nut. next i go to try and run the test wash again and on the spin cycle the machine bounced violently. i've attempted to level and re-center the bin to no avail. i'm a massive samsung fan and i generally love the products, this so far is a let down.

We've had this washer now for about a month or so and as of now we've haven't had any problems. Seems to wash okay and does a good job of spinning the water out of the clothes. Overall I think I still prefer one with a agitator.

washer runs great. but i'm terribly dissapointed that the app does not work as expected. i was told when looking at this model that i could get notifications through the app when the wash was done. but it was later explained that the app is nothing more than an online manual to troubleshoot issues. very disappointed!

We love the Washer. It's efficent, quiet and cleans great. The only reason we're not giving it 5 stars is becasue the alarm is annoying. Haven't figured out how to clear it. But, the washer is great and its really large tub allows for towels and comforters.

I went back and forth over which color to get after I had picked out this model. I love the champagne. It is beautiful in person just like the pictures. I got this during a fantastic fourth of July sale. This washer can hold triple the amount of my old agitator washer. My husband's hockey stuff actually smells clean after being washed in this. It is large enough for my king comforter, his hockey pads, and anything else you would need to throw in there. The steam function is very nice. I bought the matching dryer and couldn't be happier. There were shipping/delivery delays, but other than that, very happy with the washer.

Great washer with Large capacity, love the deep fill option with job have larger load of laundry. It is louder than previous washer, it makes weird noise with agitating. Overall we have liked the way it performs. Fair warning bedding cycle and steam cycle will take long time and use a large amount of your hot water

we got this washer and matching dryer to replace our previous samsung set. all we like about it is the capacity, everything else seems lacking as it barely compares.
it cleans a load well but so did my previous washer
smart care feature seems mostly pointless, why would i want to install an app that i hope to never use. couldnt have simply added a end of cycle notification (much more useful)
previous machine i could set my favorite cycle, this machine doesnt even remember the last cycle used.
it cleans the laundry so i guess it serves it main purpose, would recommend only based on that fact.

we have owned the washer for approximately 5 weeks and two of the weeks we have been out of town. the washer will not stop filling up unless you flip the valve at the water line in the wall. this has been a continous problem since day one!! we have contacted samsung on numerous occasions and have not gotten a response!!
