30-Day Retrurn Policy


For Carry-Out Merchandise

All non-delivered merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from original date of purchase. All merchandise returned for credit, refund or exchange must be unopened, in new and re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, in the original carton with all originally packing, accessories, guarantees, and instruction manuals.

Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Microwaves, Vacuums, Fans and Video and Audio Electronics may be returned for defective exchange only!

For Delivered Merchandise

Delivered Appliances and Televisions may be returned for defective exchange ONLY and must be checked by an authorized service agent before an exchange can be approved. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Karl's. A restocking fee & redelivery fee may be applied to any product exchanged/returned that does not meet the guidelines detailed above. All refunds and/or price adjustments will be sent by check from Karl's main office within 21 days. Credits on purchases paid with a credit card or Karl's charge will be issued to the original card. Karl's does not issue cash refunds.

White Glove Deliveries - It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Check for both packaging and product damage before accepting delivery. If any damage has occurred, please note on the waybill before signing for your merchandise. Karl's Appliance is not responsible for any damage that has occurred after 1 business day of receiving your shipment.

Standard Inside Deliveries - It is very important to inspect your packaging thoroughly before accepting delivery. If any packaging damage exists, it is imperative to note such damage before signing for your merchandise. Karl's Appliance is not responsible for any damage that has occurred after 1 business day of receiving your shipment.

Please be assured that all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.

If the damage has been discovered AFTER the driver has already left your location:

- Immediately contact the carrier that delivered the merchandise to alert them of the situation.

Please provide any important details like carrier name, package condition, description of damage, where the items were delivered, and anything else you feel is important.
- DO NOT discard any of the shipping or packing materials.
- DO NOT discard the item.
- DO NOT ship the item back to Karl's Appliance without obtaining an return authorization.

Karl's Appliance is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. Every item we sell, unless otherwise noted, includes a manufacturer's warranty. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or nonperformance of this Agreement caused by strike, fire or accidents, nor shall either party be liable for delay or nonperformance caused by lack of availability of materials, fuel or utilities or for any other cause beyond its control.

Assignment

You may not assign Your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Our prior written consent.

Disputes
